Fabrika was a Soviet sewing factory on Egnate Ninoshvili Street in Chugureti. Today it's a hostel wrapped around a courtyard of cafés, bars, studios and shops, and one of the busiest places in Tbilisi for people working on laptops. Here's where to sit, what it costs, and what's around it.
The coworking space
Fabrika Cowork took over the rooms that used to be Impact Hub Tbilisi: a bright hall with long shared desks, glass meeting rooms and private offices by the hour or the month. A day pass costs ₾30. It's open Mon–Fri.
The lobby
Fabrika lobby is the hostel's old factory hall, with tall windows, sofas and a café counter, open 24/7, and laptops are welcome. It's the easy option for a few hours, or for working late after the coworking space closes.
The courtyard
Between the buildings, the courtyard fills with people from the hostel and the city: coffee in the morning, lunch around noon, and bars that get busy in the evening. Mornings are the quietest time to work here.
