The listings

We collect details from the spaces themselves, our own visits and public sources, and date what we checked. Prices and availability change, so confirm them with the space before you pay.
Your booking or contract is between you and the space. We aren't part of it.
When we help you find an office, the space pays us if you sign. You pay the same as going direct.

Scores and paid placement

Work Scores and badges come only from our measurements and the published rules. Nobody can pay for them. Paid placement is labeled SPONSORED.

Reviews

Write about your own visit. Don't review your own place or a competitor's, and don't write reviews for pay.
We read every review before it goes live and may turn one down or remove it. By sending a review, you let us show it on tbilisi.work.

Owners

Owners can claim their listing and send corrections. They can ask us to measure again, but they can't change a measured fact.

Copying

Search engines and AI assistants are welcome to read, index and cite tbilisi.work.
Don't copy our listings, prices, photos or the places' contact details, by hand or with software, and don't try to get around the site's limits.
Our text and photos may not be reused without our written permission.

Liability

We work to keep everything accurate, but the site is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for decisions made on its information or for what happens at the places listed.

Law

These terms follow the law of Georgia. Disputes go to the courts of Tbilisi.
