We only collect what you type into our forms. No ads, no trackers, and no cookies for visitors.

What we collect

Requests (Get a quote, Book a tour, Find an office): your name, email, phone if you give it, and what you're looking for.
Reviews: your name, which we show, and your email, which we never show.
Listing requests from owners: your name, phone, email if you give it, and the details of your space.
Visits to each place and taps on its links, as daily totals. We don't record who made them.

Why

To answer your request: we send it to the space it's about or, for an office, to the offices that match it, and we follow up. To check reviews before they go live. We never sell your details or use them for advertising.

Who else sees it

The space your request is about.
The services that run the site for us: Railway (hosting), Supabase (our database, in Frankfurt), Cloudflare (security, speed, and visit statistics without cookies), and Telegram, where our team gets a message about each new request.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies for visitors. Your browser keeps three small settings on your device: light or dark, your currency, and the places you've opened today, so a visit counts once. They aren't sent to us.

Your rights

Write to [email protected] to see what we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We answer within 10 working days. We follow Georgia's Law on Personal Data Protection and give everyone the same rights, wherever they live.

If you think we've mishandled your data, you can complain to Georgia's Personal Data Protection Service.

Changes

When this page changes, so does the date at the top.
