A day pass or a month?

A month on a hot desk costs about as much as 8 day passes (₾300 against ₾37 at the median). If you'll come in more than 8 days a month, the month is cheaper. For a few days, or to try a space before you commit, buy days. Many spaces also sell week passes or packs of visits that sit in between, and some give the first day or the first month at a discount.

Hot desk, fixed desk or private office

A hot desk is any free seat on the day. It's the cheapest way to work in a space every day, and the right choice if you carry everything in a backpack.

A fixed desk is yours: you can leave a monitor, a chair you like and your things. At the median it costs ₾200 a month more than a hot desk.

A private office is a lockable room for a team, priced per room, from ₾2,200 a month at the median. 24 spaces offer them. If you need one, tell us your team size and we'll send options within a day.

Open around the clock

Networks and independents

The networks with more than one branch are Regus (IWG) (4), Terminal (4) and Collider (2). Ask whether a membership covers the other branches: with networks it often does, but not on every plan. Independent spaces range from a room above a café to whole floors, and they tend to be where the regulars know each other.

What to check before you pay

• Wi-Fi. Ask for the speed, or run a test on your first day. We count 100 Mbps and up as fast.
• Calls. Phone booths or a bookable room, if you're on calls more than once a day.
• Power. An outlet at every seat, not along one wall.
• Noise. Visit at midday on a weekday, when it's busiest.
• Hours. Staffed hours and member access are often different.
• Paperwork. A legal address for your company and VAT invoices, if a company pays for your desk.
