Rent

A one-bedroom flat costs about ₾1,800 a month in the centre and ₾1,200 further out. Rents shot up in 2022 when tens of thousands of people moved to Tbilisi, peaked in early 2023 and have fallen about 15% since; through 2026 they have held roughly flat. Vake is the most expensive district, Saburtalo sits in the middle, and Chugureti, Avlabari and Didube cost less. Most landlords quote rent in dollars.
