A virtual office in Tbilisi
What a virtual office in Georgia gets you, what the law asks of a legal address, what registration costs, and which Tbilisi coworking spaces offer one.
Updated 15.10.2026
A virtual office gives your company an address without renting a room. In Georgia that address matters more than in most places: every company and individual entrepreneur registers a legal address, and by law it has to be an actual address in Georgia, filed with the owner's consent. A coworking space that sells a legal address gives you that consent for the registry.
What the law asks
The legal address goes into your registration at the National Agency of Public Registry (NAPR). It must be your actual address in Georgia, and with the registration you file the owner's certified consent or a properly executed usage agreement, unless the address is already registered as owned or used by you. It's where the registry's letters go, and a company must show its name, legal address and identification number in its business letters and on its website.
Registering costs 200 GEL for an LLC and 26 GEL for an individual entrepreneur, in one working day. Changing the address later costs the same as registering: 200 or 400 GEL for an LLC, 26 or 75 GEL for an IE. The whole process: opening a company in Georgia.
Where to get one
2 coworking spaces in our directory say they offer a legal address: Vake Cowork, Hubitat Coworking (₾200 a month). The list only shows what spaces publish, so if you already use a coworking space, ask there first.
What to ask
- The consent: who signs the owner's consent the registry needs, and whether it's in the price.
- Mail: whether they take in letters for you, and how they tell you one has arrived.
- The term: how long the price holds, and what happens to your registration if you stop paying. Moving your legal address means paying the registry again.
- A desk or a room: whether any desk days or meeting-room hours come with it.
- Invoices: a VAT invoice, if your company is registered for VAT.
Asking a space
On a coworking space's page, Get a quote lets you ask for a virtual office. If that space doesn't list one, we'll send you options nearby too.
